These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.madrasadvisory.com and the marketing materials, contact forms, and informational resources made available through it. By accessing the site you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Madras Advisory Services & Solutions Pvt Ltd (referred to as MAS, we, us or our), an Indian private limited company with its registered office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
These Terms apply to the public-facing website only. They do not govern any consulting engagement, which is documented under a separate written engagement letter, statement of work, or master services agreement executed between MAS and the client.
2. Nature of the firm
MAS is a privately held management and technology advisory firm serving banks, NBFCs, insurers, fintechs and other regulated organisations across Asia, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas.
MAS is not a registered investment adviser, investment banker, stock broker, portfolio manager, merchant banker, credit rating agency, chartered accountancy firm, audit firm, law firm, or insurance broker, and does not carry on any activity for which a licence, registration or authorisation is required under applicable law in any jurisdiction.
3. Permitted use
You may access this site for lawful, informational, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: (a) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site; (b) interfere with the operation of the site or any user's enjoyment of it; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the site, its servers, or related infrastructure; or (d) use any automated means (including scrapers, bots or spiders) other than well-behaved public search-engine indexers respecting our robots directives.

The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to MAS's right to bring proceedings before any court of competent jurisdiction.

MAS may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is identified by the Updated date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted by a notice on the site for a reasonable period. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
